Nayla Farah, Director
Nayla Farah has been working with CCRW since 1995 and has been the director of JAS® since 2001. She is tri-lingual and fluent in English, French and Arabic. Nayla has extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of workplace accommodation, disability management, and the duty to accommodate from both professional and personal perspectives. She is a member of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association. Nayla has a Master’s degree in law and a certificate in Conflict Resolution. She has a background in law and journalism.
Emily Jooste, Senior Job Accommodation Specialist
Emily Jooste joined the JAS® team in the summer of 2011. She holds both a B.A.H in Criminal Justice and Public Policy and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Guelph. Emily previously worked with the Ontario government, and is a member of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association.
Emilee Yu, Job Accommodation Specialist
Emilee Yu joined the JAS® team in late May 2016. She graduated from the joint York-Seneca Rehabilitation Services Program in 2014. She holds both a degree (with honours) in Psychology from York University and a Rehabilitation Services certificate from Seneca College. Emilee previously worked at the Salvation Army as a Counsellor/Instructor for clients with mental health disabilities.
