Winnipeg man, who is blind , shares employment experiences, challenges

This wonderful artim-mcisaacticle posted on CBC Manitoba is a great example of what a person with a disability faces when employed.  It brings to light the meaning of workplace accommodations and what needs to be considered to have someone work to their full potential.

Please note that only 10% of Canadians who are blind are employed.
